You can set the number of segments the circle - is/is going to be - made of - selecting it/creating it.
Therefore it will be easy finding them as each one will have an inference point at each end
That being said it does not really matter as maybe you just want to model the pillars that are not so many
In that case you indeed need to find the center of your circle you can read This
Create a component, set it at a desired distance from center of the circle, and copy it with rotate tool and multiply if you know the exact angle in-between, and number, or copy at 360°, and divide as you like, not forgetting deleting the first component or its last copy, if that makes sense.
