Hello, all I’m pretty new with sketchup and being having a issue hopefully someone can help me out . I’m doing concrete wall drawing where the wall goes up in elevation every few feet . My question is how can i display an elevation on my drawing ? I know if you click on a point and select text it should pop up but I need it to show me the elevation. If someone can help I would appreciate it .
Can you show an example of the sort of thing you want to show? What information do you need exactly? I presume you are using SketchUp in a hobbyist capacity here. Is that right? Modeling the wall so you can go out and build it yourself? Can you just put dimensions on the points on the wall?
Share your SketchUp file so we can see what you’ve modeled. Maybe the Text tool with the leaders of the labels anchored to endpoints along the wall would do.
As pointed by Dave, share your file.
In the meantime, click in sequence on the scenes tabs of this SU file for ideas.
