hi i need to create a slope alonge the line as pictured below. number 1 is my start slope point and number 2 is the end point. and the blue one is my Initial line that i want to make it slope.
is there any plugin for doing slope by first step and last step?

Secondly, you have ignored the suggestion that is included when you type a post to upload the file. That also makes it hard to help.
Thirdly, it is not obvious what you want to do. Do you mean that you want the line to run at an angle or do you mean that you want to create a sloped plane that is related to the edges you indicate?
