How to change color and thickness of the lines

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to change the color and thickness of lines in SketchUp Free?
If so, how can I do this?

Basically no. Profile edges can be thicker than non-profile edges but you can’t control line weight within SketchUp. You can do that in LayOut but that would require a Pro or Studio subscription.

How would you use it if you could?
