I’m trying to cancel my SketchUp Pro Subscription within the 14 day full refund policy. FAQs say to contact Customer Service Team. I have gone down the Contact Us path and only find the ability to contact Technical Support. I did submit a Technical Support request to cancel the subscription but there were no options or questions regarding subcriptions. Therefore, I do not have confidence my request will be granted.
The technical and customer support people are on the same team. If your request is looked at by the wrong person, it will quickly be sent to the right person. Nobody is working today, but tomorrow is still within the 14 days.
