Sketchup Pro cancellation past 14 day period

Hi! I was told to purchase SketchupPro a month ago to use it at my workplace, which I did, annual license.
However! It has now occurred I won’t need to use it at all…
I know it’s already past the 14-day cancellation period. But during this Corona times 280£ of wasted personal money is quite problematic for me - is it possible to still cancel this annual subscription and get the refund, month after buying?

I’ve sent an online message to customer support, but I couldn’t locate my license number (the number generator wouldn’t send me the license nr email too…), so not sure if this will work!
