How to build reports to add components

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to build a report that will generate a list that adds multiple short pieces to gives it the cost of set dimension. I am trying to gather a cost for the amount of total raw boards I will have to purchase for my project.

Example: qty 8 - 2"x4"x12" = qty 1 - 2"x4"x10’

I use the cutlist plugin to generate materials lists in sketchup make but Free doesn’t have the option for using plugins. You can download SketchUp Make if that’s an option for you.
