How to add text on a cylinder?

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to add text on a cylinder ?
I tried many times with some videos on youtube, but I still can’t do it, is it possible to give me some help please ?

The method would depend upon whether the text is arranged around the circumference or along the length of the cylinder and if the text is engraved or raised.

You can use a plugin to create a cylinder with a graphic wrapped seamlessly around it.
