I just submitted a refund request through technical support. I only need one seat for my plan but I guess I clicked the wrong stuff so I paid for two seats, and I requested a refund for both seats. How long does it usually take for the request to get processed? I submitted it as soon as I got notice that the payment went through, so I’m pretty sure I can get it back. I just want to know how long it took for other people.
I see the refund for you was processed already. So others can know how long it takes, how long did it take for yours to happen?
I got the response email a day later. It hasn’t showed up in my credit card yet, but that should take a few business days.
