How do you wrap text around cylinder?

I’m trying to add a label to a vacuum attachment but I’m not sure how to bend it.

In the web version it would be a bit tedious at best. You could edit the component and rotate the letters to form a general curve. There are several different extensions available for Sketchup Pro that would make this quite easy, though. This was done with the TrueBend extension.
