Hi there,
I was wondering how to type in the centerline symbol in LayOut? Is there an “ALT+” code for it?
Thanks,
Velina

You can use the Character Map applet (in the Windows 7 Start menu it is under Accessories>System tools) both to find and copy available special characters and to learn their ALT code.(it shows in the left bottom corner)
Thank you @Anssi
I generally just make a CL symbol when I need one using two text boxes each with a single letter. It’s not difficult to do and since not all fonts contain that as a symbol, it’s not limiting. You could add the symbol to a scrapbook or at least stick a copy of it outside the paper space in your template.
Like @DaveR, I make my own except that I keep a copy on a scrapbook sheet as I use it quite often.
That’s exactly what I wound up doing. It’s in my scrapbook now. Thanks everyone!
