How do I transfer my projects from my old Trimble account to my new Trimble account?

I have a Trimble account under my old email address , and i have now a new Trimble account and want to transfer all my projects into the new account. What is the best way to do this ?

with the web version or trimble connect ? download and reupload
same with the 3d warehouse.

if it’s stored on a drive, then you’re fine.

It is best to add the new email address to the project(s) as an admin, and then remove the old.
This involves first signing in with the old, add the new, sign out and sign in with the new…
This way, the project’s history remains (eg. Version history, activities, etc.)

but in any case, you still need an access to the older account. if it was a company account and you’ve left, you’ll have to ask your company nicely I suppose.

Probably would have been easier to update your email, rather than make a new account

Alas, this can only be done if the email address is not an active Trimble ID.(it can be done by deleting that new email as Trimble Identity and then wait for 72 hours)
In general, it’s also a form of safety ( adding teammembers as admin) in case you loose access to an email address inbox and forgetting the password.
We sometimes advice companies to add a general emailaddress (eg. admin@company.com) so, one can leave the project.
With the new admin console (if you are a company admin, you can access that portal through the ‘chocolat ‘ menu in web.connect.trimble.com)
