Help! How do I make this shape to fill in the missing face?

Stitch a zig-zag pattern involving all the endpoints in the two curves using the Line tool, then soften the lines using Ctrl-Eraser.

I kinda like the Extrude Edges by vector plugin (TIG) for this.
