I would guess you are talking about Extrude Tools from Sketchucation.
Sign up for a membership at Sketchucation to get it. Best would be to install the Sketchucation ExtensionStore tool and use it to install Extrude Tools.
Your profile says you are using SketchUp for Schools which is a web based version for yound school children. It doesn’t have the capability to use extensions.
Are you actually using a cracked version of SketchUp 2021?
