I want to know how to create this design ofwood quickly

  2. Whatever it is, it won’t be quick;

Simon is correct. A corbel can be modeled in SketchUp but it won’t be done quickly. Based on the questions you’ve been flooding the forum with in the last few hours, you need to learn more of the basics of working in SketchUp before you tackle something like this.
