How can I taper a cylinder?

I need a cylinder that is say 50 mm at the bottom and 20 mm at the top tapering from one end to the other.

How do I achieve this in Sketchup 2017?

Alternatively you can also select the top circle and change the radius in entity info to 10mm radius
