I’m trying to find out how i can join two components without the lines showing.i have tried to right click the line that i want to hide,buy i seem to only be able to select all lines in the component…
im scratching my already receding mane…
ps i operate on mac if the makes any difference…

double click the component to open it (for more complex and nested components it is best to use “outliner”), then select the line, right hide. To hide face and lines double click the face and right click hide, hidden too much, then view, hidden lines show, select the line or face an unhide.
Another of the many ways is to use shift with the eraser tool to hide the lines. Making sure you are in the correct context for editing.

I am trying to erase a join line but when I do as the video above shows me, the whole side/face of the component disappears, not just the line…
Make sure you are holding down SHIFT while using the eraser to hide the line.
