Are you making your parts into components? You can also make your parts groups, but I prefer components. If you make components and tag your components, then your can keep the geometry from sticking together. Is that what you are asking?

When the details of cutting, perforation, tape EDGE, and GROOVE are not clear to the technician at the factory, this will certainly lead to a disruption of work and an error rate.

Make a part drawing with a label or some sort of graphic indication of what you want?

This isn’t trivial information to display in a cut list.
To be precise with your operator, you need a lot of information:
- Groove yes/no
- Groove width
- Groove length
- Groove depth
- Groove position
- Face to be machined
- …
And all of this should be repeated by the number of grooves on the part.
I believe that only a classic technical drawing of the part can provide all this information in a single document without confusion. This type of drawing can be easily done with Layout.
