I need help to download sketchup and sketchup pro 2017. I have used it in the past and never had problems before. Can I download a free version of the opengl 3.0?
the OpenGL support is delivered by the graphics card driver, without mentioning your used paltform as well as operating system version as well as graphics card model it gets difficult to further assist you.

You have not given us the name etc of your Graphics Card.
You have not give us much help on your computer’s OS either !
OpenGL is installed as part of the Graphics Card’s driver set up…
Update that and see what happens…
Some GC’s cannot be suitably upgraded, whilst some need a few steps to achieve a satisfactory set up…

Update your details and whilst awaiting some feedback I suggest that you also do a forum search…
