Help with stamp tool in terrain

As in the other discussion of yours about the Stamp tool, did you make sure that you created and arranged the model correctly (groups, tags, geometry, etc.)?

I’m using the Stamp tool but instead of creating a flat surface which I can push/pull, it’s cutting a hole out of my terrain - any ideas why? (and how do I stop it!) Thank you! [Stamp-tool-help]
