I’m currently dealing with 2 large files and I have clean up 3 installed. I’ve done a general purge but everytime i try to purge within clean up 3 my file freezes for 15 mins+ to the point where i have to force quit and recover or it crashes on its own. Can anyone help with reducing these?
Important note- I need all cabinetry details and edge styles to remain visible.

I did my standard cleanup procedure.
First file:
Fixed incorrect tag usage.
More to come including the reduced files.

OK. I’m waiting on a process running on both of your files so it’s slowing things down.
The second file.
There wasn’t as much to deal with as in the other file. Only a 22% file size reduction.
I think you could go through both files and simplify things but that’s going to require your decisions. Hopefully these will behave a little better for you.
Note, I removed back face materials. If you find any exposed back faces (blue) you should correct them so the front faces are out and then repaint them in needed. I didn’t go through the models to fix exposed back faces.
