Help with activating new computer. I have Sketchup Pro 2014 through 2018

I have used Sketchup Pro from 2014-2018. I purchased new laptop that has Windows 11 installed. I am 75 and semi-retired. I cannot get SU to accept my license on new computer. I have read the horror stories about being unable to get product moved over to another computer. I have tried a few workarounds, but I have been getting the “Bummer, offline” response. I have no problems transferring SketchUp pro 18 license from old computer, but I don’t want to wipeout that license until I’m assured that I can get it going on new computer. What can I do?

Do you really have an Intel 4060 graphics? Or is it 4600 graphics?

Or is it an Nvidia RTX 4060 ?

By the way, SketchUp did not officially support Windows 11 until release 2022.0.

SketchUp 2018.0 at least officially supported Windows 10 (as did all versions from 2016 onward.)

If you run into issues you might try to run SU in compatibility mode.
