It opened to me too with no error messages. Very bloated model.
also, time to ditch your craked version of sketchup and use sketchup 2025.
and if your old 2021 is not craked but an old classic licence… well as you can see here working with later releases means working with bigger files and being able to clean them.

or sketchup 2025 that will prompt you to purge upon saving. they added it for people like you who tend to accumulate stuff and never purge ^^
