Howdy. When I try to open a new creation or try to open a saved creation I get a Graphics incompatibility message. This has never happened before and I have been using the WEB based free software for years. Any ideas..
What browser are you using? Have you tried with another one?
For years, the web version used the classic engine, now it can also use the new ones, it depends on your browser, its version, and your os.
top left in the preferences you can switch to the old engine. if your browser is compatible.
if it doesn’t work, could you show us a screenshot of the message ?

Hi team. Thanks for all your suggestions. I have opened Sketchup in Microsoft Edge and it looks like it is going to work okay. I was using Firefox and I changed something in the settings the other day that may have upset it. I use Firefox a lot so I think I might reinstall it and see how I go.
yeah, I’m on Firefox too, and I have opera as a side browser because from time to time, a minor update makes some website angry.
