Yes, I am very annoyed by this sketchup, starting from Sketchup Pro which asks for graphics card updates, rendering in 3d warehouse that fails, now I can’t open Sketchup for web… VERY DISAPPOINTED

Maybe your graphics drivers needed to be updated? What’s the graphics card?

I’m not seeing that. I just uploaded a SketchUp file a moment ago and then went to the 3D Warehouse in my browser and the rendering was complete. Couldn’t have been more than 15 seconds.

Looks like that’s fixed. SketchUp Shop opens fine for me now.

what is sketchup shop?? is it the same as 3d warehouse? or the same as sketchup for web??

It’s not unusual that integrated graphics drivers need to be updated. And often the drivers included with automatic Windows updates are broken. Integrated GPUs such as yours have never been recommended for use with SketchUp anyway.

Please update your profile and include the graphics card. Are you still using Windows 7 s indicated there?

I use Nvidia GeForce and GTX-series graphics cards. Different models in different computers. Historically they’ve had the best OpenGL support. They have always worked flawlessly for me and if I were buying a new computer today, the first component I would be looking for is the graphics card.

Windows 7 was in November 2021, in June 2022 I have upgraded to Windows 10

And in 2021 I can still install sketchup Pro, and now I use Sketchup web, because Pro asks for graphics card updates

No! But the drivers are free.
