Hi all,
This is my first time using the SketchUp web app so maybe I am just doing something wrong. I have opened a file from my computer in the web app and it opened just fine. I try to save it as a project and midway through saving it just crashes and says it is unavailable. I have tried with multiple files. I restarted my computer and that didn’t help either. My internet connection seems to be fine. The only reason I am doing this is because I am working from home and my RDT to my work machine isn’t letting me access sketchup for some reason relating to the graphics card, which it wasn’t doing last week but that is a separate issue.I have 2017 SketchUp make on my computer but unfortunately the files I need to work on are SketchUp 2018 so I can’t open them in that.
Any suggestions?
