I have this issue since few weeks now, when I login my previously saved projects do not load.
When I try to open a new project I can not save it. The page has a rotating status wheel which remains so indefinitely. I tried with two browsers with no luck!
Has anyone experienced this problem ?
Try a different browser.
Clear your browser’s cache..
Try logging out and back in..
same here. tried chrome, firefox, and edge with cleared caches. also tried download and convert to 3d, all failed. this is a free trial, is it not supposed to work until I purchase? trying on antoher pc, my trial is not recognized
Ofcource a trial is supposed to work before you purchase. That’s the whole point of a trial..
Are you really using SketchUp Free or are you using SketchUp Pro trial period?
There is a significant difference..
