I also have a Dell system and I don’t have this issue. What is your BIOS setting for video? Mine is an older Precision T1700 and mine is set to “Auto”. I had no issues installing SU (any version so far) on this system. I am using an Nvidia GTX 650 Ti and all is working as it should.
