Not sure why my render just keeps showing the glass as grey when it’s supposed to be clear/transparent. Please help! ),;
Show a view of the SketchUp model with the face style set to Monochrome.
Are you using groups? Does your glass have a thickness? Try removing that glass panel from your model, redraw it inside of a group and give it a thickness. Then apply a V-Ray default glass material to it and see let us know what happens.
IOR is turned off, but you are using refraction settings - recommend turning off refraction settings - set to black/0.
