when I try to add a location,everything seems right
I select region then grab
and I unlock the map and apply the terrain
but the sketch up show only flat surfaces and straight lines
can anyone recommend me to do something

What is the location? It might be there is no terrain data coming from Digital Globe.
the triangulation indicates you have terrain which isn’t flat…
but it may be almost flat at that location…

i have already visited the site that why i know the terrain ,but i wondering maybe it on small scale and sketch up cant capture it

SketchUp only displays what Digital Globe supplies.
