Geo Location in old ways

Is there a way to import a map from the Location with topography into SketchUp without any restrictions?

What kind of restrictions?
Size?
End Use rights?
Quality of imaging?

What subscription restriction? Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2024 so you must have a subscription and thus no restrictions.
