Un membre de la communauté a t il découvert la solution pour importer la topographie dans sketch up ?

You can get terrain with SketchUp Pro using The Add Location tool. Or, if you have a cad file of the topography you can import that in any of a number of file formats. You’re more limited with sketchUp Make, though. One option would be to create a CSV file of coordinates for the terrain and import that using one of the Point Cloud importers. See the Extension Warehouse for some extension options.
