A bug which was in 2019 is in 2020 still there: Sketchup refuses to remember the default template. It keeps opening with those useless inches.
OSX high sierra, 2020,2, pro.

Where are you saving your default template to? Is it the location indicated in SketchUp’s Preferences>Files panel?
Saves to the default location. But, the standard choice for the templates is not rememberd. In the default settings that is. Where I would be very happy if i could delete all templates in imperial, because i will never use these silly things. Where are these stored?
While I’m not using and don’t like the inch system, I respect the people who use it.
If you call this thing silly, you can hurt people who use it.
