There are various ways of dealing with tiny faces. The best option depends on your use case.
I haven’t looked at your model as I’m in a pub.
You can scale up and down if you want, it with most likely work. But make sure you scale with the correct handles or you will walk your model off into the distance.
You can use ‘The Dave Method’ if you need to make something small work within the context of a larger model.
Or if you are modelling for 3d printing just model it as metres for millimetres and your slicer will read it the right way.
Or just use less segments in the arc you are probably using.
