File not found or invalid mac 2022

my file says; file not found of invalid file.
i’m working on a macbook. sketchup version 2022
I made the file in 2020. I have to make adjustments now. but now i can’t open the file. Can someone help me open the file again?.

is there a trick for this? I sometimes have it more often.

Big chunks of the file is filled with FF characters, I can’t extract anything from the file.
