I’m having trouble with Sefaira Energy Analysis from Revit. I’ve already fixed the “related warnings” and the “interferences” that revit shows from my model but I’m still not getting with the solution. Sefaira’s always showing this messages:
“Sorry, something went wrong
This may be caused by your model or our systems. If you’re not having success after a retry or with a simpler model that usually works, it’s possible the problem is with us - you can find out more here. If simpler models are working, then see our guide to troubleshooting Sefaira models.”
“Fatal Error - unable to resolve zoning in massing store with this zoning strategy. Try other zoning strategies or contact customer support for help.”
I could get an analysis but Sefaira wasn’t considering my ground floor so I changed the model and could’t get any analysis after that.
Could anyone help me getting a solution for this?
