this is a question that’s probably been asked a thousand times!
is there a simple way to create a solid from a complicated face? my theory was to duplicate the face, paste in place and scale it about the center to make it 2mm thick throughout. I’m struggling to get it to scale so that its the exact thickness throughout.
For clarity, I’m trying to make a part that will be cast.
Thanks!, I’ve actually had this plugin before, i couldn’t remember if it ‘thicked’ singular faces or if it just gave them an arbitrary depth to encase the backside similar to creating terrain.
