I upgraded my web based SU 2020, but extensions from 2019 did not carry over.
Would anyone have any ideas have to gain access to my extensions list?

Extensions aren’t supposed to carry over from one version to another. Best advice is to go to the sources and install fresh copies to make sure you have the most current ones.
