Logged into sketchucation, found the extension i was looking for and downloaded. When opening i get message "this does not appear to be a s/u model.
any ideas?

That’s not the way to install an extension…
Open the extension manager in the window menu in SketchUp. Click on the red button that says Install Extension, find the .rbz file (probably in downloads) and open…

Or better yet, first download and install the SketchUcation store extension (look under resources on their site). Then you can browse the plugin store and install extensions directly, much like from the Trimble Extension Warehouse.

Not to mention that Sketchucation is a forum so why don’t you ask your question there since that is where you got the extension.
