Hello,I keep error messages on start up. I have uninstalled Sketchup and reinstalled but keep getting the message! If anyone could help I would be very very grateful as this is very frustrating. I have attached a snap shot of the message I keep getting.

Did you right-click the installer, and “Run as administrator” ?

Dan, I should add that the problem on start up is fixed now it’s just the extension downloads I keep getting the error messages!
Ok, well this looks like a web error. Reinstalling is unlikely to fix this issue.
@fhenaux , Please exit out of the Extension Warehouse, clear the browser cache (Safari on Mac and IE on Windows), and try again.
