Extension plugin damaged and cant be opened you should move it to the trash

We have deleted the extension and downloaded it again the same message keeps appearing:

“SimLabDWGImporter” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

What version of SketchUp are you using? Is your profile correct about your computer and OS version? Have you contacted SimLab about the compatibility of their extension with your computer, operating system and SketchUp version? Is your MacOS compatible with your graphics card?
