Extension option not showing in the Preferences Windows

I’m trying to install a rbz file, but the Extension button is not available in the Preference dialog box, where I should lnstall the Visualizer render plugin. I am using Sketchup Pro 2019. See image below…(I’m using the Spanish version.

The last couple of versions of SketchUp now use an extension manager. Open Extension Manager from the Window menu, and click the Install Extension button, and locate your RBZ file.
