Hi everyone,
I have a macbook pro from 2018 and I am working on sketchup 2024 however when I try to export a scene to my pc it just starts reloading and never exports it.
Does anyone know how can I resolve this?

Do you export to a mobile drive or USB stick and then connect that drive to the PC ?
It would be nice if you can complete your profile by stating which operating system that you have and the make and model of your graphic card. Go to Apple Menu → About this Mac. All the required info is there.

You have not yet specified the version of your Mac OS.
On my Macbook Pro, I see Ventura 13.6.7
any specific format ? they all have a different exporter, a jpg isn’t the same as a dwg.
could you share the file so we can try as well on our machines ? that way we can pinpoint if it’s a file problem, a mac os problem, an old machine problem…
