Export Sketchup to AutoCAD with Layers or Solids

I’ve been a longtime users of Sketchup but I rarely export drawings as DWGs. Is there a way to export a 2D DWG drawing with Sketchup ‘Tags’ converted into AutoCAD ‘Layers’?

When exported in 3D, the DWG contains layers for every Tag, but AutoCAD then won’t let me create section cuts of the 3D geometry due to the way the objects are formatted. If you do know a way around this issue, I have the 3D toolset in my 2022 version of Autocad.

Thank you, this looks promising. I’m going to research that more, but if it can do what I need it looks well worth the money.
