It has been around for a while - nice source of high quality 3d models. If you see something nice and don’t need it immediately - keep an eye on their black Friday sale. I had a great deal at that time last year with 10 high quality 3dmodels for Unreal Engine (furniture).

this is a normal map ? if so yeah, it’s normal, textures in SU are only plain photos. no extra layers (bump, normal map…)
Is the file where it should be?
You’ve also got a file path with a . in it - some software doesn’t like that.
