I have tried to open previously saved models and keep getting the error message. I see that lots of people have had the same issue but I can’t find a resolution. These are all previously opened files. Some from only a few hours ago. What can I do?

And the files are saved into your Trimble Connect storage? Can you download one to your computer and share it with us so we can see what you’ve got?
At the moment I can’t find one that has the problem. I had one and it disappeared when I tried to share it. When it happens again, I will try to share it.
