Getting the above error while installing SketchUp. What is api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll? Any quick help to fix this error?
@mihai.s Thanks for your suggestion. Reinstalling was the first solution that came to my mind so I did it but this didn’t solve my problem. I solved it another way. I downloaded the issued DLL from this link: https://dlldownloads.com/api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0-dll/ and replaced the old file with this new DLL file. After rebooting the PC, my problem was solved. Thanks once again.
