Mac user, working on file that has been saving successfully, and save is set for every 3 minutes. This evening, I’m getting messages that say “we’re having a hard time reaching Trimble right now, please download a copy of your file”. So (new paid Sketchup Go user) I >download, >sketch. Seemed logical and that I was doing as told. Repeated this a few times when the same message came up. Those downloads are there, but there is no update to my mainl model file. Is this common? Did I do the right thing? How would I retrieve the saved downloaded files, because opening them in Sketchup takes me back to the work I did an hour ago, not recent work? What am I doing wrong? Frustrating to loose over an hours work.
The status pages are not showing any problems. What size is your model? Would it be possible to try the one you downloaded, to see if I get the same errors?
