I’ve made an account recently to see if I want to get the full version. I was originally on my husbands Mac lap top and sign in worked like normal. The problem is I want to use it on my iPad, but each time I log in I’ll be able to go through the full authentication but after I put in the email code I’m hit with one of two errors, session expired or an unknown error has occurred.

By chance have you seen the error code in the photo Id love to get connected and logged in so I can start learning
