Error loading extensions

One of my customers reported having trouble loading my extension (Building Creator).

When I jumped on to take a look at the problem I noticed that their was an error reading the RBE file. I uninstalled my extension, and uninstalled SketchUp then reinstalled by running the installer as admin.

Upon launch there is still an error loading the default extensions.

This is Win 10. Any ideas what to check for next?
